THE TEA MASTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER.

Terms and Conditions are relevant to both theteamaster.co.uk and theteamaster.net websites.

ONLINE & DIRECT ORDERS

Orders placed via www.theteamaster.co.uk website constitute an official purchase, and upon placing an order The Tea Master Ltd will process and dispatch the goods.

The Tea Master Ltd will aim to process your order within 2 working days. And endeavor to deliver within 3 to 5 days for UK, and up to 10 days for the rest of the world. It is The Tea Master Ltd’s policy to dispatch as quickly as is possible, and in most case we will meet and exceed these goals. However we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our third party carriers.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment in full will be taken upon orders being placed via the website or via direct payment, unless otherwise agreed. The price quoted is the correct price at that point in time, prices do however fluctuate from time to time, however, if an error is made by The Tea Master Ltd, i.e. the price quoted is higher or lower than the actual price, we reserve the right to adjust accordingly, however it is The Tea Master Ltd's policy not to over charge.

From time to time The Tea Master Ltd will run promotional offers, i.e. some items may be sold at a lower price than usually published, and The Tea Master Ltd reserves the right to alter prices without notice and compensation.

All payments must be made prior to dispatch, and The Tea Master Ltd will only accept Pounds Sterling (£).

Any orders shipped outside of the UK are then responsibility of the purchaser to comply with any local import duty or customs duties; it is not the responsibility of The Tea Master Ltd. Prior to dispatch you have the right to cancel the order for any reason, however all cancelations must be confirmed in writing to The Tea Master Ltd (postal address below) or via e-mail sales@theteamaster.co.uk, cancelations cannot be accepted verbally, cancelations received within 24hrs of dispatch could be subject charges.
Refunds will be agreed upfront and due monies returned as part of that agreement, which will be confirmed in writing by The Tea Master Ltd.

Returns will only be accepted by way of prior agreement between you the purchaser and us the seller, however all returns are at the purchasers expense (unless otherwise agreed) and all goods must be returned as shipped (unless otherwise agreed).

Item descriptions and pictures are as true a representation as is possible; however slight variations in detail may occur.

The Tea Master Ltd reserves the right to remove, replace or suspend items and elements of the website at any time without notice.
